If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly process a refund. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. Orders older than 30 days may be returned for store credit. Merchandise must be in new, re-sellable condition with any and all tags still attached.
*We are unable to accept returns on items that have been bedazzled, however, we would like to see a picture. :)
If the error was ours or your product was damaged we will gladly pay your return shipping or give you other shipping instructions. Contact email@example.com to request a label. Be sure to include your name, contact info and order number with your return. We’ll take it from there!

To ensure an exchange faster and whilte it’s still in stock, simply create a new order at www.ourworldboutique.com. Then send the original product(s) back to us for a refund. Keep in mind that you will be charged for both items until the original is returned to us in sellable condition. Upon receipt we will then return credit to your original method of payment for the returned item(s).
